A Fast Food Diet – Losing Weight On the Run

Sometimes you have no choice.  You’re on the run, you’re hungry and the only thing in sight is a fast food restaurant.  Although it’s not the best way to lose weight, a fast food diet can work in a pinch.  The key is to eat as few calories as possible.  Remember, if you combine some exercise, lots of water, and 1,200 to 1,500 Calories a day you will take the weight off.  That’s how I did it and you can do it too.
