A Fast Food Diet – Losing Weight On the Run
Sometimes you have no choice. You’re on the run, you’re hungry and the only thing in sight is a fast food restaurant. Although it’s not the best way to lose weight, a fast food diet can work in a pinch. The key is to eat as few calories as possible.
