A Fast Food Diet – Losing Weight On the Run
Sometimes you have no choice. You’re on the run, you’re hungry and the only thing in sight is a fast food restaurant. Although it’s not the best way to lose weight, a fast food diet can work in a pinch. The key is to eat as few calories as possible. Remember, if you combine some exercise, lots of water, and 1,200 to 1,500 Calories a day you will take the weight off. That’s how I did it and you can do it too.
The Washington Post has a terrific calorie counter on their website for a fast food diet. You can check out ten different fast food restaurants and see the calories and fat in each of their servings.
When you look at all the list you’ll probably agree that as far as a fast food diet is concerned, Burger King has the widest selection with the lowest calories. Here’s a handy list of Burger King meals that have less than 400 Calories. Remember, there are no french fries or beverages included. To lose weight you’ll need to stay away from the fries and drink water instead of soda. Hope this helps.
